Most diseases of the lymphatic system are already clearly visible from the outside. Thick, swollen limbs indicate a lymphatic in the arms or legs. For bulky neck nodes on the affected lymph nodes are located there. Listen to more info here
Lymphatics
The lymphatic system may already be a predisposition to weakness of the body. Once such a lymphatic vessel is no longer absorbed the load may develop sooner or later in life, a primary lymphedema. “Primary” because the reason for the restriction of the lymphatic system itself is under construction.
The lymphatic system works perfectly from its conception, through an external influence (eg, injury, surgery), but then it comes to damage. This can lead to limited function and eventually to a secondary lymphedema. “Secondary” because the impairment is a consequence and the cause, that is the primary event, came from outside.
The treatment of lymphedema – the sooner the better!
However, the sooner appropriate treatment is started, the better the chances that continue to prevent and even improve the condition, ie return to a lower severity.
At the start of treatment in stage I is often possible even a return to the stage 0! In this stage of the disease must then continue to take place while a consistent medical surveillance, but therapy may be for a long time is no longer necessary.
Among others, the following diseases are treated:
